Anyways, I was in the making of a fan game, but my hard drive crashed and everything was lost. Sooo, I decided (all by myself) I'll start contributing to this game. <3 Here goes!
Name: Backdraft

*Charges up fire around the user, then releases it like a shock wave on the second turn*
Name: Maelstrom

Effect: An attack that
may lower the opponents attack, it will never miss. (It is
not a speed attack like quick attack or bullet punch)
*Gathers up water and unleashes it with a powerful jab*
Name: White Noise

Effect: Wakes up all Pokémon in the battle field. If the user is asleep, he/she will wake up when WN is used.

Effect: Four clovers will spurt up from the ground and drain the energy of the target, healing 50% of the damage. If Ingrain is in play, this attack will heal 75% of the damage. (You could replace it with Giga Drain, to avoid similar effects)

Effect: Stabs the target, releasing small shock waves that has a chance to put the target to sleep.
Name: Frostbite

Effect: A quick jab with both hands, that has a small chance to freeze the target. (Can not be used by Pokemon without hands/fists)
Name: Mesmerize

Effect: Has the same effect as Attract, only that Mesmerize attracts Pokemon with the same gender.

Effect: Increases a random stat by two stages. (Poison types kinda' suck when it comes to anything except for inflicting status conditions or annoying, it's time they got some 'omph')

Effect: Slows all the Pokémon in the opponents team down, lasts for three turns. (Can be used on flying-types)

Effect: Encases the target in several wires, then pulls all the wires simultaneously to severely damage the foe. This is a two-turn move.
