Alrighty guys, this is the thread where you get to choose what type Destram and Steedim are. Just leave a post saying why you think they should be whatever type you choose ^^ I'll keep this thread up for a week, and then we'll finalize the types. So, get voting ^^

Steedim should be Psychic/Normal...I don't know why, it looks like something that could be Psychic/Normal...and nobody ever had that combination, right? About Destram...I don't know...

Actually, Girafarig is psychic/normal. I was thinking: Steedim - Psychic/Ground Destram - Dark or Ghost/Ground There haven't been any dual ground type legendaries yet, so. (Groudon is pure ground) -Tator

Aw, how could I forget about Girafarig... Okay, Steedim -> Psychic/Rock (that hasn't been done yet, right?) and Destram...now it looks like Dark/Water to me

Steedim: Dark/Ghost. Destram: Dark/Ghost.
They are supposed the opposite each other. Be kinda like rivals. What better way to have their types? .__.

Steedim: Dark/Ghost Destram: Psychic/Ghost You realize one Crunch could K.O. Destram instantly, right? Steedim: Ghost/Dark Destram: Ghost/Dark Clicked Edit instead of Quote on accident and typed in your post. Then I deleted it and made my own. :x - Ivanna

Steedim: Dark/Ghost Destram: Psychic/Ghost You realize one Crunch could K.O. Destram instantly, right? Steedim: Ghost/Dark Destram: Ghost/Dark That's what I was thinking. And that's when I realized, since they're the opposite of each other, they'd either have to be dragon or ghost, or one would have to have a super-effective type over the other. I go with Ghost/Dark for both. -Tator

Steedim: Dark/Ghost Destram: Psychic/Ghost You realize one Crunch could K.O. Destram instantly, right? Steedim: Ghost/Dark Destram: Ghost/Dark A move from Kyrogre could also KO Groudon in one hit. I think its important that their types are at least some what different. Otherwise, its the same pokemon with possibly different abilities, a move or two, and an image. Its not how I intended them.

Otherwise, its the same pokemon with possibly different abilities, a move or two, and an image. Its not how I intended them. How you intended them? Well, then you intended Destram, the one that was originally mine, to be killed in one hit. And, just to remind you, weren't we going for something original with this game, not copying off of what the official games have? Trust me, these two shouldn't have anything over each other in types. The difference is in the stats. My vote still remains: Steedim: Dark/Ghost Destram: Dark/Ghost

I foresee an argument in the winds... *Sings Kumbaya*
Well, Vannah does have a point.... How about: Steedim- Ghost/Fire Destram- Dark/Water
They each have a type advantage over the other. Also, they are fairly unique. Only two Pokemon are Dark/Water, and there is no Ghost/Fire. Besides, with the blue and red coloring, that could possibly work.
QotD: "When I disagree with a rational man, I let reality be our final Arbiter; if I am right, he will learn; if I am wrong, I will; one of us will win, but both will profit."
BTW, has anyone noticed yet that my quotes always pertain to something I have said in my message?

I am fine with either those votes, or the Dark/Ghost for both Destram and Steedim. Let's just see what happens. Yes, I have noticed that. I like that one you just put up.

I'm for Ghost/Fire and Dark/Water. Good combinations, fair advantages over each other and they fit well together. With those types they actually seem like to opposing legendaries instead of simply two legendary pokemon.
